27.07.2006 Prema procenama Fonda za humanitarno pravo, oko 10.000 ljudi koji izbegli u Srbiju, uhapšeno je i prinudno vraćeno na ratište u avgustu 1995. Pre nedelju dana, Vrhovni sud Srbije potvrdio je odgovornost države za kršenje slobode i povredu prava sedam prinudno mobilisanih osoba.

20.07.2006 Gjashtë runde të bisedimeve mbi të ardhmen e Kosovës në Vjenë, dhe duket që fëmijët dhe çështjet që kanë të bëjnë me të drejtat e fëmijëve nuk kanë qenë dhe nuk do të kanë gjasa për të hyrë në agjendën e bisedimeve për statusin e Kosovës. Në bisedimet në Vjenë, të udhëhequra nga Zëvendësi i të Dërguarit Special i Sekretarit të Përgjithshëm Kofi Annan për statusin e ardhshëm të Kosovës, Albert Rohan, fokusoi diskutimin mbi financat lokale, decentralizimin, bashkëpunimin ndër-komunal dhe bashkëpunimin ndërkufitar. Edhe pse bisedimet shihen si një fillim i rëndësishëm i procesit të përcaktimit të statusit përfundimtar të Kosovës, çështjet që kanë të bëjnë me përfshirjen shoqërore, e posaçërisht ato çështje që kanë të bëjnë me të drejtat e fëmijëve nuk ishin pjesë e agjendës.

14.07.2006 Vcera vo Zasgreb bese privedena Tonka Rakushic (60) zaradi stoenje mirno na Markoviot prostad so transparentot "Jas sum zrtva na sudski i policiski kriminal". Spored zakonot za javni sobiri zabraneto e sekakvo sobiranje na oddalecenost pomala od 100 metri od objektite vo koi se smesteni ili zasedavaat Hrvatskiot sabor, Pretsedatelot na Republikata, Vladata i Ustavniot sud na Republika Hrvatska. GONG ostro protestirase na ovaa postapka.

14.07.2006 Tonka Rakusic, 60-year old citizen of Zagreb, was arrested yesterday while standing peacefully in the St. Mark’s Square in Zagreb, holding a banner that declared “I am a victim of judicial and police crime”. The Law on Public Gathering prohibits all forms of public gathering within 100-meter circle around the buildings of the Croatian Sabor, the President of the Republic, the Government and Constitutional Court. GONG association strongly protested the arrest.

13.07.2006 Jučer je privedena Tonka Rakušić (60) koja je na Markovom trgu u Zagrebu mirno stajala s transparentom “Ja sam žrtva sudskog i policijskog kriminala“. Prema Zakonu o javnom okupljanju je naime zabranjeno bilo kakvo okupljanje na udaljenosti manjoj od 100 metara od objekata u kojima su smješteni ili zasjedaju Hrvatski sabor, Predsjednik Republike Hrvatske, Vlada Republike Hrvatske i Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske. Protiv ovog postupka policije oštro je protestirao GONG.

13.07.2006 Po povod 13 juli, Denot na drzavnosta na crna Gora, Fondacijata za stipendiranje na Romi (FSR) pobara od pretsedatelot Filip Vijanovic da napravi se sto e vo negova moznost i da zapocne podelotvorna primena na crnogorskiot Akcionen plan za Dekadata za vklucuvanje na Romite. Vo cestitkata po povod Denot na drzavnosta, FSR bara od Vujanovic licno da inicira odrzuvanje na prva parlamentarna debata za sostojbite i perspektivite na Romite i Egipjanite vo Crna Gora.

13.07.2006 Institucioni i Ombudspersonit në Kosovë ka lëshuar Raportin e tij të Gjashtë Vjetor me radhë (2005-2006), i pari i cili do t’i dorëzohet dretpërdrejt Kuvendit të Kosovës e jo siç ka ndodhur deri tani tek Përfaqësuesi Special i Sekretarit të Përgjithshëm të Kombeve të Bashkuara.

13.07.2006 Me rastin e 13 Korrikut, festës kombëtare malazeze, Fondacioni për Shkollimin e Romëve (FSHR) ka kërkuar nga Presidenti Filip Vujanoviq që të bëj çdo gjë brenda mundësive të tij që të iniciojë zbatim më të efektshëm të Planit Malazez të Veprimit për Dekadën e Përfshirjes së Romëve.

12.07.2006 Povodom 13. jula, Dana državnosti Crne Gore, Fondacija za stipendiranje Roma (FSR) zatražila je od predsednika Filipa Vujanovica da učini sve u svojoj moći da započne delotvornija primena crnogorskog Akcionog plana Dekade uključivanja Roma. U čestitci povodom Dana državnosti, FSR od Vujanovića traži da lično inicira održavanja prve parlamentarne debate o stanju i perspektivi položaja Roma i Egipćana u Crnoj Gori.

05.07.2006 Amnesty International called upon Montenegrin President Vujanovic and Prime Minister Djukanovic to make good use of the newly-restored sovereignty of Montenegro to improve the human rights of all its citizens.
