TIH: Tijela javne vlasti sve vise primjenjuju Zakon o pravu na pristup informacija 29.09.2006 Od ukupno 200 tijela javne vlasti kojima je iz Transparency Internationala Hrvatska (TIH) 4. 9. poslan upit stigao je ukupno 141 odgovor, odnosno 70,5 posto, od čega 125 (62,5) u zakonskom roku od 15 dana. To je najbolji odaziv od rujna 2004. godine, kada je TIH počeo slati upite tijelima javne vlasti kako bi ustanovio provode li Zakon o pravu na pristup informacijama. U 2004. godini je na upite odgovorilo 49,57 posto institucija, a u 2005. godini 57,5 posto.
